Recently I've had the chance to build two small sites based around certain modules. survey.rabble.ca and access.tao.ca
The first was rabble.ca. They were setting up a survey with an online service called surveymonkey and the survey module popped into my head so I suggested we build a much nicer custom looking one using the survey module in drupal. The other motive here was to get them used to working in drupal as we've more projects down the road that will be using it.
Anarres provides free web, mail, and domain hosting for its clients in conjunction with a warranty contract whenever we develop a custom Drupal site, or as a subscription-based "service" on our Standard or Custom Platform.
We support our sites' "good functioning" with email-based ticketing and managed security upgrades. This does not include troubleshooting desktop or network software itself, but extends to the distribution and receipt of email through Anarres servers, as well as the Drupal Platform, security monitoring and updates to our servers, and so on.
